Your Primary Connect Badges are now ordered through your Ariba/iBuy system.

1: Use the items with code PCCLIP or PCMAG.

2: Each name is to be ordered as it’s own line item.

3: Add the Shipping/Courier item so your badges will be delivered. (Alternatively advise if someone is collecting from our workshop on Central Coast NSW in the comments section of the PO).

ORDERS WITHOUT SHIPPING LINE ITEM OR COLLECTION ADVICE WILL BE REJECTED IN THE SYSTEM.

PLEASE NOTE: if you use item “CLIP” and not “PCCLIP” or “MAG” and not “PCMAG” a standard Woolies logo badge will be supplied. Our system backend automated processes will not catch it and unfortunately you will be supplied as per your order request. As they are personalised they can not be put back into stock and you will be charged for them and need to order again with the correct item codes.

Ariba/iBuy is Woolworths’ Group system and unfortunately we cannot create or change PO’s on our end. Please email guidedbuyingpoc@woolworths.com.au for any assistance if unsure how to use Ariba/iBuy.
